KEEP MI HEALTHY

Collaborated with coworkers from OST to build a web-based survey to help health officials identify potential COVID-19 hot spots in Michigan. Kent County originally reached out to Spectrum Health, who then reached out to OST to see if we'd be able to build out the survey that could be used for the general population.

PROCESS
I worked with my team to create wireframes and build out the user flows for the survey. I created illustrations for different states and results of the quiz to make the site look friendly and trustworthy to users.
