Created an app for Winnebago’s electric and non-electric RV owners. The app provides support and education resources for both RV owners and the ability to control the RV’s systems for electric RV users.

PROCESS
The client came to us initially to build an app to help their customers but they weren’t sure what support to offer to their RV owners so we started by reaching out to their customers and understanding their RVing needs. For each feature and system, I always started by understanding the user or the requirements then sketching out my thoughts and iterating on possible solutions.

SOLUTION
For non-electric RV owners, we were able to help them meet their needs while RVing by providing ways to access educational materials easily and how to find nearby service. For electric RV owners, we created a connected product system that allowed the user to control features such as, lighting, thermostat, water systems, as well as being able to easily understand the state of their resources. All of these features were able to improve the users RVing experience and helped them understand how their RV works.
